Altered States of Matter

Fashion

Altered States of Matter is a fashion story that combines vulnerability, softness, masculinity and physicality. The printed images were given a new form and life by affecting their shape and quality, playing with lights, shadows and natural elements.

The act of rephotographing gives the pictures a layered dimension, reflecting the multiple face of masculinity.

"Vulnerability is strength. Softness is not a threat, instead it is embedded in all beings and feeds into their power. This dualism is by no means a contrast; it is simply two parts making a whole."
