Cairo has been recently undergoing a massive reformation in its infrastructure, which many would view as developmental. But what most people tend to overlook is the permanent effect on the residents of those areas, and how their urban experience is gradually deteriorating. This project is an attempt to delve into the tension between space and memory, and they both shape our experience.
